Recipes That Don’t Include Pork Shoulder

Because we do eat things that don’t include pork shoulder, there might be some recipes that are so good they are worth adding anyway. However, I can’t guarantee that they won’t include pork in another form – I’m becoming very aware that pork seems to crop up in lots of things I make, whether it is bacon, prosciutto, or whatever. So, if they taste super good and look super good, I’ll post them here. Enjoy!
